Plain-language terms for the SynthCast early-access service. Last updated 30 Aug 2026.
What we provide
Automated short-form video creation, safety screening against rules you approve, and publishing to social channels you connect — with human approval required unless you explicitly enable auto-post for a content type.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the rights to brand assets and photos you give us, and that your channels are yours to publish to. You review your safety rules at onboarding; the automatic screen is a strong filter, not a guarantee — final approval is yours.
Billing
Early customers are invoiced directly. Plans are monthly; setup fees cover hands-on onboarding. Cancel any time; publishing of already-approved videos stops at period end.
Content & liability
You own the finished videos we make for you. We're not liable for platform decisions (removals, reach) or losses from content you approved. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We'll email account holders before meaningful changes to these terms.
